"Charlie Sue opened our doors in 1976. Nearly 50 years later, we're still proud to carry on what she started."
Charlie Sue Gilbert opened this counter in 1976 and worked the grill herself for decades. Her French toast and cheeseburgers became Farmers Market favorites.
Today her daughter Katie Gilbert runs the stand, with the same orange counter, the same signs and the same recipes.

Order at our counter and grab any table on the market's open air patio around the stand. Your food comes out on a tray.
Where does your beef come from?
Our burger meat comes fresh from Huntington Meats, right here in the market.
Can I take my order to go?
Yes. Everything on the board can be packed up to go.
Are you open on holidays?
